At the airport
perjantai, joulukuu 28th, 2007Last hour
perjantai, joulukuu 28th, 2007I’m still wandering the streets, having only an hour to spend before leaving to the airport.
The weather is still cold, but sunny.
I traveled in the bicycle section of the train, because it was roomy.
Here’s my luggage in the floor.
My view to the seating section; my mom and little sister with their luggage.

torstai, joulukuu 27th, 2007My day in Paris
torstai, joulukuu 27th, 2007This old lady bum was talking very loud at the subway station. Even if it was rush hour, she had quite a lot of space around her. Just a bit before my train came, someone from my side of the platform started talking back to her. The station echoed and everyone was amused.

In the local chinatown (that would be Belleville), inside a minimarket, I didn’t quite scream, when a crab escaped from someones’ shopping basket.

Very very black man, about my age comes talking to me, but I understand only that:
-He asked how am I feeling
-Told me I was beautiful
-Was sorry for not undertanding any of the languages I spoke
..Maybe he asked about my pink ribbon (breast cancer)..
I got spooked and walked away, when he (maybe?) talked about Christian God. I still regret that I didn’t realize to use drawings to communicate with him.

I sit in the street drawing, and people passing by feel sorry for me. I still won’t lay my hat on the street.

(No speak french) (I’m sorry) I naturally avoid someone collecting names for a good cause, and unfortunately can eat my crepe at peace.

I’m drawing in a toilet of super-expensive mall (Printemps). In a same floor that I’m in, they’re selling clothes by super designers, such as Miu Miu, Karl L. Those clothes cost more than 1000€ for a shirt. This toilet doesen’t even have a seat.
